Purchasing card and proper identification are required upon in-store pickup purchases. Returns are accepted within 7 days. Merchandise is to be returned in exact condition. Items are subject to a 5% restocking fee. All diamond and colored stone weights and characteristics are approximate by measurement unless accompanied by an independent third party certificate.

All purchases go through a third-party fraud detection service which can take up to 60 hours. Once given approval, we will ship the item or it will be available to in store pickup.

Colored stones are considered lab created unless stated in writing otherwise or is accompanied by an independent third party certificate. Most items are previously loved so they may show signs of normal use that may not be explicitly visible in the photographs. We refurbish all jewelry to look as new as possible.
